December Series: A Prayer for PRESENCE

“Why do some persons 'find' God in a way that others do not? Why does God manifest His Presence to some and let multitudes of others struggle along in the half-light of imperfect Christian experience? Of course the will of God is the same for all. He has no favorites within His household. All He has ever done for any of His children He will do for all of His children. The difference lies not with God but with us.”
― A.W. Tozer, The Pursuit of God

Join me today as I pray for the victims of trafficking to truly KNOW the presence of God...

And he said, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
Exodus 33:14

Father, we ask today that you reveal your presence to the men, women and children that are trapped in bondage.

Let them know that you are near, that you are with them and that they are not alone because of you. Help them to feel your love and your comfort in their hearts and even physically in the room with them. We know that you can do that, we know that you love to reveal yourself.

Make your presence known to the victims of the sex trade. Empower them with your boldness, your grace, your endurance.

Wrap them in a hug so tangible it's as if you are sitting there with them.

May they know you so clearly that they need nothing else. You fill every need that we ever have, help them to know that, to rest in that, and to be comforted by that.

Give them rest and relief, be their hope, their peace, their presence.

Stand in defense of them and make it impossible for them to be hurt any further.

We know you can do this. We ask that you will intervene.

Only one day left of our series, which prayer has impacted you the most this month? have you been praying your own prayers for them this month?

I'd love to know, please share in the comments!!!

Come back tomorrow for our last prayer!

Until then,
