WEAR IT WEDNESDAY | VOLUME 9: Transition to Fall Part 1 |

Hey Everybody! Happy wear it Wednesday! Shelby and I are talking about transitioning your summer wardrobe to fall. We are doing this in two parts and today we are going to share ways of layering over and under and using tights.



So, we are in the midst of packing and thus, I was HIGHLY unprepared for today's post. I went on Polyvore.com and created a few collages since I just can't bring myself to unpack and go through the work of doing photos in the midst of our craziness here.

Here is my first outfit for you:


Sweater over a button up - a classic way to get some layering in. Accessorize with a simple arm party, coordinating necklace and some fun earrings to complete your look! Turquoise is a HOT fall color this year!

The next look is using one of our summer dresses (I didn't share my black dress but have recently found it as a comfy favorite!) under a flannel with a cozy pair of tights:



You can accessorize this look with a simple arm party, a classic necklace and timeless earrings!

This next look is a little bit punk for fall - it doesn't have to be though, the pants I chose have an edgy appearance.



Pair it with an edgy bracelet and necklace made of artillery and some simple stud earrings to complete the look.

My last look is a simple, cozy look comprised of a cozy blazer over the same dress from earlier and cozy tights under our dress to make it warm and fallish!



I accessorized with a bold bangle, earrings that coordinate with the stunning scarf and a nice, businessy bag!
