I don't have a little black dress and I don't do a lot of professional work. Being an ambassador for Noonday allows me freedom in what I wear and I usually try to keep it casual, garden party type dress. I have a favorite dress though that I thought I would give you a few different ideas on how to style it. It makes a statement all on it's own by being Kelly Green! OH YES I DID. I LOVE IT!!!

First off, let's call this look OUT WITH THE GIRLS:

I have kept it simple and kind of classy with my black and green zebra heels from Maurices, the Silver Nugget Necklace, Water Drop Prism Earrings and the Glimmer Bracelet. To make it fun and girly I added the Tereza Clutch which is the perfect partner to this dress - I was happily surprised by the size of it, I can fit my whole thick wallet in it along with all of the other girly necessities you may need!

My next look we'll call: Date Night:

The highlight of this one, besides the dress itself is the scarf. Noonday has THE BEST SCARVES!!!!! They are such a nice size and they lay wonderfully and style so easily. This Tasseled Linen Scarf adds a fun little element of class to the dress for a night out with your guy! I added the Bazaar Bangles and the Laura Earrings to keep things classy and simple.

Third, we will call this look: Sunday Picknick:

This is probably my favorite by far of all four of these looks! The vest I got at a little boutique called Francesca's - my favorite boutique, the shoes from target and obviously the jewelry is all Noonday! Accented by the Rachel Necklace, this gives a fun, free-spirited feel for an outdoor picknick or even to wear to church! I added the Calipso Earrings, the medium bangle from the Bazaar Bangles set to the Entwined Bracelet and the Linked Horn Bracelet. It gives a real edgy but free look.

Last but not least we will call: A Walk in the Park:

This one, featuring the Adrift Necklace, the Gold Cubed Studs with a little arm-party consisting of the Glimmer Bracelet, Faceted Glass Bangle in Jade and the Turquoise Tagua Seed Bracelet is such an easy, care-free combo. It's simple with a bit of sophistication from the Adrift Necklace and sandals. You could wear it from anything like a barbeque, graduation party or even church (however I think you'd need a sweater or shawl to give you a little more modesty at church).

As you can see, my combinations are easy to make casual or dressy. I love to wear unusual dresses or dresses that make a statement all on their own. Noonday jewelry just enhances whatever it is I'm trying to say. You can shop all of these jewelry pieces and more at Noondaycollection.com. I'm guessing, if you love this dress, perhaps mention it in your Stitch Fix notes when you request a Fix from Shelby! I bet she's got one similar for you to try out.

Tune in next week for another great style post and be sure to check out Shelby's blog - better yet, subscribe to both of us to be sure you never miss out on one of our style posts!
