ABOUT INSTANT HAPPY JOURNAL
Brighten your day with this colorful journal from happiness expert Karen Salmansohn. Jam-packed with 365 “happiness prompters” including motivational quotes, scientific studies, and thought-provoking questions, this journal amps up your ability to notice (and create!) moments of joy and gratitude in your life—one day at a time.[/caption]

in this sweet little book by karen salmansohn she gives little quotes, thought-provoking questions and scientific facts about "happy" and gives you little spaces to write your reactions.

the pages are so bright and colorful and joyously designed, even just opening the pages is sure to make you happy. you can purchase it for yourself here.

i decided not to write on any of the pages and use the book as a gift since it is so pretty. although i wish this book had more of a Biblical theme, as a Christian we can still apply all of the entries to our faith walk. keeping in mind that Jesus is our ultimate happiness maker, we can strive to keep more joy and perspective in our days just by taking our thoughts captive.

ultimately taking your thoughts captive is the whole undertone of this adorable little book although she doesn't out-rightly say that. i love that it gives you something to process each day.

what about you? what thoughts do you need to take captive to bring more joy to your day today?

I received this book from Blogging for Books for this review.
